This was the big upset of the crol.  I thought for sure Rico’s would take 3rd place.  I think of it as the Starbucks of Mazatlan.  But better. We gave the marina Rico’s big points for location – just a couple of miles from home.  And if you get the fancy drinks instead of the house cuppa, you will fare better.
