The first Friday of each month there is a huge gallery event where many art gallery downtown open for guests. A friend of ours runs an art school and has a gallery and we spent the evening there, surrounded by incredible artwork by him and his students.
It just so happens that the First Friday Art walks start in November (when we arrive) and end in the spring (as we are leaving). Coincidence??
